Job Summary
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their Technology Resiliency team. This is a 4-month contract position located in Chicago, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their Technology Resiliency team. This is a 4-month contract position located in Chicago, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide program management support within a Program Management Office (PMO) for enterprise technology resiliency initiatives
- Lead planning sessions with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates
- Manage program governance, executive reporting, risk tracking, issue management, dependencies, and change control across multiple workstreams
- Prepare program status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for steering committees and senior leadership
- Maintain project tracking tools including Clarity, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and other PMO reporting platforms
- Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives
- Ensure compliance with enterprise project standards, IT controls, regulatory requirements, and PMO governance processes
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs or projects within a PMO or portfolio management environment
- Experience leading enterprise infrastructure or technology resiliency initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Strong knowledge of program governance, project planning, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting
- Experience using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar PPM tools
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Experience leading enterprise application development initiatives
- PMP or Agile (ACP) certification
- Experience building executive dashboards and program reporting metrics
- Experience supporting budget management and benefit realization
- Experience developing or improving PMO processes, governance frameworks, and operating models
- Executive stakeholder management

- Location: Chicago, IL
- Hybrid – onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $57.00 and $67.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
