Our client, a leading airline and transportation provider, is seeking an IT Product Manager IV to join their team. This role will be responsible for leading a migration from a standalone work process to a web-based application while driving product strategy, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Details:
- Contract Type: W2 Contract
- Duration: 20 Weeks (07/27/2026 – 12/17/2026)
- Location: Houston, TX
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern time zones)
- Lead the migration of a standalone business process to a web-based application
- Define, deliver, and support strategic technology initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage Agile projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project success
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
- Conduct system audits and validate implemented solutions to ensure business requirements are met
- Develop recommendations for technology strategies, policies, and procedures based on business needs and industry trends
- PMP Certification
- Airline industry experience
- Strong product management experience
- Expertise managing Agile projects and Agile development teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proven project management experience leading complex initiatives
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to drive projects to successful completion
- High attention to detail while maintaining the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience executing projects using Agile methodologies
- Experience with application modernization or digital transformation initiatives
- IT governance and technology strategy experience
- Budget planning and financial management experience
- Information security, disaster recovery, or technology controls experience
- Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
- Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
- Time Zone Requirement: Central or Eastern Time Zones
- Travel: None
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $71.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
