Core Responsibilities
- Identify where churn spikes unexpectedly across the subscriber lifecycle using existing data
- Design and launch A/B tests around retention levers, including disconnect flow interventions and downgrade/value-prop messaging
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, IT, and Ops teams over the next year to build out lifecycle offers
- Translate strategy and testing concepts into clear capability needs for technical teams
- Present program updates, performance, and roadmap to senior marketing leadership (AVP/VP)
- Build strategic roadmaps tied to test-and-learn initiatives and churn/incremental revenue KPIs
- Experience developing and communicating capability and testing strategy to technical delivery teams
- Experience with retention or churn mitigation strategy and testing, subscription/SVOD preferred but other subscription services considered
- Proven ability to autonomously lead enterprise strategic initiatives, from discovery through implementation
- Strong communication skills, able to present to AVP/VP-level leadership
- Ability to build business cases and develop strategic testing plans
- Streaming or SVOD industry background
- Smartsheet or Asana familiarity
- Tech-savvy enough to scope a test for Product/Engineering to build, without owning the technical delivery
- Comfortable working independently on a lean team, knows when to escalate versus decide
- Strong relationship builder across the org, self-serves answers rather than waiting for direction
- Solution-oriented, able to troubleshoot and identify testing opportunities
- Not a technical PM, this is a strategy role, technical delivery background alone is a mismatch
- Location: Fully remote, any US time zone
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $52.00 and $75.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
