Project Coordinator

Job Summary 
Our client, a leading Utilities partner, is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training.
  
Contract Details

• Location: Escondido, CA 
• 5 days a week onsite 
• Duration: 10 month contract 
• Hours are 7 AM - 3:30 PM

This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities 

• Coordinates Damage Prevention operational activities, including standby scheduling, mutual agreements, late ticket reporting, driver reports, and performance data management
• Maintains accurate records, generates reports and metrics, supports compliance requirements, and provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient program execution
• Updates the project plan
• Assists in information collection and validations
• Helps prepare status reports and presentations

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $24.00 and $34.75. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
