Core Responsibilities
- Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-workstream and platform projects that have a direct impact on the company
- Drive cross projects based on defined priorities
- Ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and governance materials are met
- Identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
- Manage complex up and downstream project impacts
- Plan, document, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery
- Perform management through design, planning, testing, implementation, and transfer to business as usual
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Forge relationships with Product, Tech, Business Analyst, Process, and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and alignment through launch
- Lead and manage meetings, document progress, and report to stakeholders on project status
- Identify ways to improve and streamline process and collaboration across workstreams
- 3+ years of project management experience supporting, partnering, or interacting with internal business clients
- 3+ years of Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
- Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management
- Process or Project Management certification (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results with complex projects
- Proficient in end-to-end project management delivery
- Self-starter with curiosity and initiative
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to leadership and navigating challenging stakeholder dynamic
- Location: Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA hybrid three days per week

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $43.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
