This role partners closely with Operations, Marketing, Technology, Customer Experience, and Content teams to ensure timely, accurate, and on brand content that inform, engage, and delight customers. Our client, a leading media & entertainment company, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the strategy, delivery, and optimization of customer-facing digital content across web, mobile, and AI knowledge base. This role partners closely with Operations, Marketing, Technology, Customer Experience, and Content teams to ensure timely, accurate, and on brand content that inform, engage, and delight customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring customers have accurate, up-to-date content at every stage of their vacation planning and experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the product vision and roadmap for digital content management platforms and capabilities
- Champion the Guest content experience by advocating for clear, accurate, and helpful content throughout the vacation lifecycle
- Gather and document business requirements, content requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new content management features and enhancements
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Content, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to prioritize content initiatives and deliver high-value updates
- Participate in regular planning and status meetings to align on content priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure content is accurate, timely, relevant, and aligned with brand standards
- Support initiatives focused on content governance, workflow efficiency, and content quality assurance
- Evaluate Guest feedback, operational needs, and business objectives to identify content improvement opportunities
- Assist with the execution and maintenance of CMS platform capabilities and configurations
- Partner with CMS administrators and content operations teams to support platform configuration and content publishing readiness
- Monitor platform performance, content publishing success rates, and content health metrics
- Help identify and escalate content publishing and display issues, and coordinate with the appropriate support teams to resolve operational concerns
- Support release readiness activities and post-launch validation
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve effectiveness and engagement
- Leverage data and insights to recommend enhancements to content strategies and platform capabilities
- Develop reports and presentations that communicate performance trends and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support content planning and prioritization activities across multiple business initiatives
- Help coordinate requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies among cross-functional teams
- Prepare executive-ready documentation, presentations, and status updates
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Content Management, Digital Marketing Technology, CMS Platforms, or related fields
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS), web publishing tools, or digital asset management platforms
- Understanding of content lifecycle management and personalized digital experiences
- Experience translating business requirements into clear content requirements and specifications
- Familiarity with project and content workflow tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong content judgment and editorial discernment, with the ability to evaluate content quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Ability to manage a high volume of content changes and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with content authoring, tagging, metadata management, or digital asset organization within a CMS
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Tridion, Contentful, Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, or similar solutions
- Experience supporting mobile app content experiences
- Knowledge of content personalization and targeting strategies
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate content workflows
- Understanding of theme park, travel, hospitality, entertainment, or guest experience industries
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and content best practices

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
