The position is based in Fort Worth, TX and follows a hybrid schedule, with employees onsite Tuesday through Thursday and working virtually Monday and Friday.

Our client, a leading airline industry provider, is seeking a UX Sr. Product Designer to join their team. This is a 4-month contract opportunity from 08/17/2026 through 12/31/2026, with 1 opening. Key Details

- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from ideation through execution, using UX best practices, design principles, research, and Agile methodologies
- Design visual styles, interfaces, and interaction flows for applications and experiences that adhere to design standards and design system patterns
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes, and information architecture for complex applications
- Partner closely with Engineering from inception through implementation to develop effective and efficient solutions
- Develop research strategies, usability testing plans, scripts, and scenarios, and use research findings to inform design iterations
- Present design work and recommendations clearly and compellingly to stakeholders through effective storytelling and presentations
- Mentor and guide other designers while collaborating across stakeholders, disciplines, product lines, roles, and geographic locations
- 3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design, or a similar discipline
- Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
- Experience working closely with Engineers from inception through implementation in an Agile environment
- Experience collaborating effectively across stakeholders, disciplines, product lines, roles, and geographical/time zone boundaries
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data problems and developing sustainable solutions
- Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, mockups, interaction flows, and other UX deliverables
- Experience conducting UX research and usability testing
- Experience with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0+ AA compliance
- Knowledge of localization and inclusive design principles
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend development technologies
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for communicating design decisions
- Strong organizational skills with experience structuring complex application flows and wireframes
- Experience leveraging emerging AI tools and capabilities within the design process
- Experience with project management tools such as Rally, Jira, and Aha!
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex design decisions through storytelling and presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile environments
- Ability to mentor other designers and foster collaboration and professional growth
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid — onsite Tuesday through Thursday; virtual Monday and Friday
- Interview Process: 1-2 rounds; onsite interviews
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $39.00 and $57.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
