Job Summary
Our client, a leading airline industry provider, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. This is a contract opportunity supporting data and analytics product delivery. The Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and data engineering teams to drive successful delivery of data products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities. This position requires the resource to work 100% onsite Monday–Friday at the Skyview 8 Building, A 6th Floor.

The Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and data engineering teams to drive successful delivery of data products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities. This position requires the resource to work 100% onsite Monday–Friday at the Skyview 8 Building, A 6th Floor.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define priorities, and develop product roadmaps
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure teams are focused on high-value initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business and IT teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to support the design, development, and productionization of data products
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Validate delivered solutions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards
- 3+ years of Product Owner or related product delivery experience
- Must be local to Dallas Fort Worth, TX
- Experience working with data engineering teams and data products
- Ability to build and support reports and dashboards
- Experience with data validation and ensuring data quality
- Experience with prioritization of product requirements and backlog management
- Airline domain experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- SQL experience
- Experience supporting analytics solutions and reporting products
- Experience working with Agile development teams
- Experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align business and technical teams
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from requirements through production delivery
- Proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and remove roadblocks impacting delivery timelines
- Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite, Monday–Friday
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
