Our client, a leading technology provider, is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Systems Transformation to join their team! This is a 6-month remote contract position within the United States. This position requires the use of a personal laptop.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, a leading technology provider, is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Systems Transformation to join their team! This is a 6-month remote contract position within the United States. This position requires the use of a personal laptop.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional enterprise transformation initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, billing platforms, and enterprise data systems
- Manage technical program execution by coordinating dependencies, risks, milestones, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and System Integrators to drive successful program delivery
- Participate in architecture, integration, and design reviews while providing technical guidance and driving informed decision-making
- Develop executive-ready status reports, decision briefs, and risk assessments for technical and business leadership
- Coordinate enterprise system integrations involving NetSuite, Salesforce, billing platforms, and downstream operational systems
- Establish and maintain predictable operating cadences that improve delivery while minimizing unnecessary process overhead
- Proven experience leading large-scale Technical Program Management initiatives involving ERP, CRM, billing platforms, or enterprise systems
- Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise data flows
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or re-implementations, preferably NetSuite
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and enterprise customer data models
- Strong program management skills with experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, executive communications, and delivery governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, decision briefs, and status reporting
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders
- NetSuite implementation or re-implementation experience
- Billing platform implementation experience, including subscription, usage-based billing, or CPQ solutions
- Experience working alongside System Integrators (SI) on enterprise transformation programs
- Experience with data governance or data catalog tools such as Databricks, Atlan, or similar platforms
- Experience within SaaS or high-growth technology organizations
- Familiarity with Jira and modern enterprise integration platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, customer data models, and system interoperability

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
