Project Manager - General
Job Summary
Our client, a leading financial provider, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The team is transitioning to a new media partner and needs PM support to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
Contract details
- Contract type and duration: 4 Month Contract
- Work location: Hybrid in Wilmington Delaware or Remote (EST Hours)
- Onsite, hybrid or remote expectations: Hybrid or remote
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transition to a new media agency and offboarding of the previous agency
- Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, task boards, and timelines
- Coordinate technology/platform access, account setup, data transfers, and historical document handoffs
- Serve as the central point of contact for tracking deliverables, action items, blockers, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and working sessions, including agendas, notes, recaps, and follow-ups
- Partner with internal teams, agency stakeholders, and third-party vendors to support the transition and audit process
- Support MarTech initiatives and ensure the new agency has the necessary resources to begin 2027 media campaigns
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within advertising, media, marketing, or a related environment
- Experience managing advertising/media projects
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external agency/vendor partners
- Proficiency with project management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Suite
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- PMP certification
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Workfront experience
- Experience supporting agency transitions or onboarding/offboarding
- Experience with MarTech initiatives
- Experience coordinating audits or third-party vendor engagements
- Experience working on media campaigns or marketing programs

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $38.71. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums
