Product Manager

Job Summary
Our client, a leading technology and entertainment provider, is seeking a Product Manager to support Supply Chain and Warehouse Management initiatives. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between business, technology, development, implementation, support teams, and vendors. The position will help define product strategy, manage roadmaps and backlogs, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive complex initiatives from planning through delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management subject matter expert, partnering with business, technology, development, implementation, and support teams
• Define and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, requirements, and release plans across multiple lines of business
• Lead complex business and technical analysis, identifying gaps, opportunities, risks, dependencies, and appropriate solutions
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to define business requirements, technical specifications, data mappings, user stories, and solution options
• Manage and support Warehouse Management System configurations, including working with the business to adjust configurations as needs change
• Lead stakeholder engagement, business case development, feasibility assessments, and product improvement initiatives
• Support functional design, testing, implementation, and delivery while tracking the impact and benefits of changes throughout the product lifecycle

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or a similar role
• Strong technical product knowledge in Warehouse Management and/or Supply Chain
• Experience leading discussions with senior business and technology leaders
• Experience driving product strategy and optimization initiatives across multiple lines of business
• Understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts, including CI/CD and TDD
• Experience with system configuration and translating reporting/business needs into detailed requirements
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skill

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS, including implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience delivering large-scale system implementations
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related testing methodologies
• Experience managing relationships with COTS and SaaS vendors
• Ability to develop business cases and support technical and financial feasibility assessments
• Experience working with Supply Chain technologies across multiple business functions

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
