Our client, a leading transportation and travel services provider, is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join their team! This position is located in Fort Worth, TX, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role

Our client, a leading transportation and travel services provider, is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join their team! This position is located in Fort Worth, TX, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from ideation and research through design, testing, iteration, and implementation
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Owners to identify effective and efficient solutions while influencing product decisions through UX best practices and research
- Develop user flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Create research strategies and conduct user interviews, heuristic reviews, usability testing, and hypothesis-driven design iterations
- Design responsive and adaptive experiences for desktop and mobile while adhering to established design systems and standards
- Present design recommendations and research findings to stakeholders using compelling storytelling and clear design rationale
- Mentor and guide other Designers while collaborating across Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end design processes
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern design and prototyping practices
- Proven experience partnering closely with Engineers from inception through implementation within an Agile environment
- Strong experience with user research and usability testing, including translating findings into actionable design improvements
- Experience designing complex user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive experiences across desktop and mobile
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, stakeholders, disciplines, and geographically distributed teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements and data into sustainable user-centered solutions
- Experience with accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0+ AA, localization, and inclusive design
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other frontend technologies
- Experience building, maintaining, or designing within established design systems
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions
- Experience leveraging emerging AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency and inform design decisions
- Experience with project and product management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Aha!

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $53.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums
