Job Summary
Our client, a leading global food and agriculture company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is a contract opportunity through May 2027 and is located in Wayzata, Minnesota. This role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. The Project Coordinator will support the assessment of acquired business sites and remediation of identified gaps to help ensure infrastructure, technology, and related processes align with established security standards. This role will coordinate activities across security, technology, infrastructure, and business teams while maintaining visibility and accountability across multiple sites and workstreams.

The Project Coordinator will support the assessment of acquired business sites and remediation of identified gaps to help ensure infrastructure, technology, and related processes align with established security standards. This role will coordinate activities across security, technology, infrastructure, and business teams while maintaining visibility and accountability across multiple sites and workstreams.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across acquired business sites and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, remediation logs, schedules, status reports, and other project documentation
- Track assessment findings, decisions, dependencies, risks, remediation actions, owners, and target dates through completion
- Coordinate discovery activities and partner with technical subject-matter experts to translate remediation requirements into clear, trackable activities
- Schedule and facilitate working sessions and status meetings while documenting decisions, action items, owners, and next steps
- Proactively identify missing information, dependencies, blockers, overdue actions, and decisions requiring escalation
- Maintain visibility into progress across multiple sites and provide concise status updates highlighting progress, upcoming activities, risks, and areas requiring attention
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs, schedules, or similar project management documentation
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating meetings and translating discussions into clear actions and next steps
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure, technology, risk, compliance, or remediation programs
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or acquired business environments
- Familiarity with security assessments, compliance requirements, risk remediation, or technology discovery activities

Work Environment
- Location: Wayzata, MN
- Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $27.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums
