Our client is seeking a Sourcing Manager - IV to join their team! This position is a 26 week contract, 100% remote. Pacific/Central/Mountain time zones are preferred.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation and execution to deliver optimal value and terms
- Execute main service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and order forms
- Define commodity and supplier strategies
- Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes
- Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers
- Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates
- Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities
- Analyze supply market and current supply base
- Build business case
- Build RFx and auction
- Negotiate contract provisions
- Track and report category performance against targets
- On-board suppliers
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Monitor contract execution
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience required (10+ years is preferred)
- Experience in Indirect Procurement required
- Experience Leading RFP/RFI processes
- Candidates with Marketing experience are especially encouraged to apply
- Experience supporting complex or strategic sourcing initiatives
- Leveraged AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to generate insights, identify savings opportunities, and support data-driven sourcing decisions
- Strong analytical skills and competency with Excel are required
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation and execution
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience is preferred
- Experience in Indirect Procurement is strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00 per hour Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
