Our client, a leading entertainment and hospitality provider, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team! This is a 12-month contract position located in Orlando, FL, requiring onsite work four days per week.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Our client, a leading entertainment and hospitality provider, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team! This is a 12-month contract position located in Orlando, FL, requiring onsite work four days per week.

Core Responsibilities
- Own and maintain delivery-ready product backlogs for enterprise initiatives and enhancements
- Prioritize work based on business value, operational impact, delivery timelines, and dependencies
- Partner closely with engineering teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and product readiness activities
- Make product decisions, manage scope tradeoffs, and proactively escalate risks or blockers
- Support testing, deployment readiness, stakeholder communications, and post-launch stabilization
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve backlog quality, documentation, testing support, and delivery efficiency
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise technology or business systems
- Proven experience managing Agile backlogs and working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product delivery throughout the SDLC
- Strong experience prioritizing work based on business value, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills
- Experience delivering workflow, platform enhancement, integration, or operational improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with workforce management, HR, labor, scheduling, or enterprise operational systems
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Flowable, or similar Agile delivery tools
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
- Experience working in large enterprise organizations

- Location: Orlando, FL
- Hybrid: Onsite four days per week
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $46.00 and $66.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
