Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts while serving as a key liaison between clients, advisors, and internal service teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong client service skills, trust administration experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate administration of fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts for complex client relationships
- Maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements
- Respond to client and partner service requests and coordinate transaction processing activities
- Monitor and resolve client issues while ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Develop and execute action plans related to client servicing events
- Partner with Client Support Services teams to support account openings, closings, cash movements, and fee setups
- Assist advisors and administrators with account acceptance, discretionary request reviews, compliance activities, and annual account reviews
- Ensure documentation is accurately collected, maintained, and updated within internal systems
- Support business development efforts and client presentations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and service delivery enhancements
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members
- Facilitate discussions, drive decisions, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of financial services, trust administration, client service, or related experience
- Strong understanding of trust, estate, guardianship, custody, or advisory services
- Knowledge of banking and trust operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing complex client relationships and service requests
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with business systems and technology platforms
Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience supporting wealth management, trust, estate settlement, or fiduciary services teams
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar financial systems
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management processes within financial services

Work Environment
- Location: Tampa, FL
- Work Model: Onsite, Monday through Friday
- Two-step interview process consisting of one virtual interview and one onsite interview

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
