Content Specialist - Web/Messaging Execution Specialist
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Content Specialist - Web/Messaging Execution Specialist. This role will partner with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to develop, build, test, and release inbound digital customer communications across web and mobile banking platforms. This is a production-focused position requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality, error-free work.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with internal customers to develop and execute digital messaging campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Build, test, and release digital messages across web and mobile banking applications
- Apply analytical thinking to create audience targeting and ensure messages are delivered to the intended recipients
- Utilize Insomnia to execute GET and POST API requests for testing and troubleshooting messaging logic
- Perform testing across web browsers, iOS, and Android environments using tools such as Xcode and Android Studio
- Communicate project status, timelines, and updates to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, and other reporting platforms as requested
- Follow established team processes and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain test accounts to validate messaging functionality across multiple environments
- Ensure all customer-facing communications meet quality standards and are released accurately and on time
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of digital messaging, campaign execution, content operations, or related experience
- 1+ years of experience using macOS
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Basic understanding of APIs and experience using API testing tools
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work
- Experience using Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience using Insomnia or similar API testing tools
- Experience with Tableau, Splunk, or other analytics and reporting platforms
- Experience testing digital experiences across web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with Xcode and Android Studio
- Experience supporting customer communications in a financial services or regulated environment
- Knowledge of campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and message delivery logic

Work Environment

- 12-month contract engagement

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $24.00 and $35.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
