Our client, a leading media and entertainment provider, is seeking a Broadcast Motion Designer to join their in-house creative team. This role will help shape the visual identity of their television stations and national streaming services.
Contract Details
- Type: Contract
- Duration: 4 months, 08/31/2026 – 12/31/2026
- Location: Tampa, FL or Remote
- Work Arrangement: Onsite or Remote
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations from concept through completion across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms
- Develop generative creative workflows using AI tools to create images, textures, and video assets
- Craft and refine advanced text-to-image prompts to maintain consistent visual style, tone, and character continuity
- Transform AI-generated content into production-ready assets using Adobe Photoshop and other post-production tools
- Collaborate with Art Directors and stakeholders to visualize and develop creative concepts
- Research and test emerging AI tools, plugins, and technologies to improve creative workflows and efficiency
- Deliver polished visual content under tight deadlines while maintaining brand standards and adhering to copyright and ethical AI guidelines
- 2+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D motion design
- Strong proficiency with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D
- Hands-on experience using AI-driven creative tools for generative design, image/video synthesis, automation, upscaling, or workflow acceleration
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience developing and refining prompts for generative AI tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Additional Requirement: A motion design compilation reel is required for consideration
- Experience creating motion graphics for broadcast television, streaming, sports, news, social, or digital media
- Experience with Runway, Gemini, or similar generative AI platforms
- Experience curating or fine-tuning AI-generated content to align with specific brand guidelines
- Experience experimenting with emerging AI tools, plugins, and creative technologies
- Degree in Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field
- Experience working within established brand standards and visual identities
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D/3D motion design and AI-assisted creative work
- Creative & Innovative: Brings strong visual storytelling skills and explores emerging AI technologies
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a rapidly changing creative and technology landscape
- Collaborative: Works effectively with Art Directors, stakeholders, and creative teams
- Detail-Oriented: Maintains a strong eye for visual quality, consistency, and brand standards
- Curious & Technical: Proactively experiments with new tools and workflows
- Location: Tampa, FL or Remote
- Work Arrangement: Onsite or Remote
- Schedule: Flexibility to work various hours/shifts as needed
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
