Change Manager, AI & Digital Transformation
Job Summary
Our client, a leading energy provider, is seeking a Change Manager, AI & Digital Transformation to join their team. This individual will support the successful adoption, sustainment, and continuous improvement of AI and digital products across a fast-paced innovation portfolio. This role will work at both the project and portfolio level, partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, AI/development teams, UX, trainers, and other. Change managers to drive adoption, reduce change saturation, and coordinate impacts across multiple initiatives.

- Location: Spring, TX
- Work Model: Onsite 5 days per week, with some flexibility for personal needs
- Interview Process: 60-minute Zoom video interview
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management plans for AI, digital, and technology transformation initiatives
- Lead stakeholder interviews, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications, and adoption planning
- Manage change activities across approximately 3 active projects at a time while maintaining awareness of dependencies and impacts across the broader portfolio
- Coordinate communications and change activities across projects to reduce stakeholder saturation and identify opportunities to amplify shared messaging
- Lead and support the AI Champion Network, including training coordination, logistics, engagement, and partnership with trainers on content development
- Partner with AI, development, product, UX, and business teams to understand stakeholder needs and drive adoption of new products and capabilities
- Identify and address stakeholder resistance while influencing teams and leaders without relying on formal authority
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of change management experience supporting technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives; flexibility for candidates with less experience who bring strong digital transformation or AI exposure
- Experience developing and executing change management, adoption, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans
- Experience supporting digital transformation, technology implementations, or digital product rollouts
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and overcome resistance in fast-paced, complex environments
- Experience working across multiple concurrent projects and identifying dependencies across initiatives
- Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and business environments quickly
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technology initiatives
- Prosci experience or certification; other formal change management methodologies are also welcome
- Experience working with Agile product or development teams
- Experience supporting AI enablement programs, Champion Networks, training, or capability-building initiatives
- Oil & gas industry experience
- Capital projects experience
- Familiarity with AI and digital tools such as Copilot, Databricks, or comparable technologies

- Fast-paced AI and digital innovation environment supporting approximately 14 projects across the broader portfolio
- Typically responsible for approximately 3 active projects at a time
- Significant interaction with AI/development teams, business leaders, product teams, UX, trainers, and other Change Managers
- Ongoing portfolio need with potential to transition onto new initiatives as projects are completed
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $85.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
