Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team! This role will be responsible for overseeing the Card Delivery Services (CDS) platform, ensuring operational excellence, platform stability, and a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale operational platforms, driving process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. This position will play a key role in maintaining platform health, improving operational performance, and supporting the migration of Card Delivery Services workloads to the Graffiti 2.0 platform while also leading operational readiness efforts for the platform's planned end-of-life activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale operational platforms, driving process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. This position will play a key role in maintaining platform health, improving operational performance, and supporting the migration of Card Delivery Services workloads to the Graffiti 2.0 platform while also leading operational readiness efforts for the platform's planned end-of-life activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Card Delivery Services (CDS) platform, driving operational efficiency, platform stability, and service excellence
- Oversee daily platform operations, including Run the Engine (RTE) and Run the Business (RTB) activities
- Support the issuance and delivery of millions of physical credit cards annually
- Monitor platform health and ensure adherence to operational standards
- Drive improvements in service quality, customer experience, and operational performance
- Partner with stakeholders to support company and program objectives
- Manage risk, compliance, and vulnerability remediation efforts
- Collaborate with the Graffiti Platform team to define and execute the migration strategy for CDS business-as-usual traffic to the Graffiti 2.0 platform
- Lead operational readiness and transition planning activities for the CDS platform sunset initiative
- Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives
- Experience in Product Management, Platform Management, or Operations Management
- Strong understanding of operational excellence and platform support functions
- Experience managing complex business or technology initiatives
- Ability to drive strategic planning, process improvements, and execution activities
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with risk management, operational controls, and platform governance
- Experience within financial services, banking, or credit card operations
- Familiarity with large-scale platform migrations and transition planning
- Experience supporting customer-facing operational platforms
- Knowledge of platform lifecycle management and end-of-life planning
- Experience managing business-as-usual operations in highly regulated environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on operational excellence
- Ability to drive alignment across diverse teams

- Location: Chicago, IL
- Preferred Schedule: Hybrid, onsite three days per week
- Remote Consideration: Candidates outside the Chicago area may be considered for 100% remote work while maintaining standard Eastern Time business hours
- Contract Duration: October 5, 2026 – February 12, 2027
- Assignment Length: Approximately 6 months
- Extension: No possibility of extension
- Conversion: No possibility of conversion to full-time employment
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $46.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
