Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee technical integration programs from initial planning through implementation. This role is focused on project planning, milestone management, stakeholder communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination across technical and business teams. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities while keeping project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and decisions clearly documented.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
- Develop project plans and track milestones, schedules, scope, costs, and quality measures
- Lead project meetings, working sessions, and ad hoc discussions with technical and business stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day direction to project resources and follow up on open tasks, decisions, risks, and dependencies
- Create communication plans and provide regular updates to project teams and key stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, budgets, and Jira updates
- Support change management activities throughout each phase of the project
- Coordinate technical integration requests tied to initial launch activities and post-launch programs
- Schedule meetings and support additional project administration as needed
- Project management or PMO experience supporting technical programs
- Experience managing projects from planning and requirements through implementation
- Strong background developing project plans, tracking milestones, and managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Experience leading meetings and coordinating work across technical teams, business partners, and key stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Jira and software development lifecycle processes
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting technical integration or organizational transition programs
- Background in business analysis, product ownership, or program management
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with change management practices
- Experience creating executive-level project updates and presentations
- Background supporting software development or technology delivery teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized approach to documentation, reporting, and task follow-up
- Confident meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Sound judgment when evaluating risks, priorities, and project decisions
- Strong negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide direction and maintain accountability across project teams
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and multiple project workstreams
- Location: Stamford, Connecticut - Onsite
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $36.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
