Senior Professional, Application Development
Job Summary
Our client, a leading Fortune 500 organization, is seeking a Senior Professional, Application Development with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to join their team. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and is 100% remote for candidates located within the United States. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions in a large enterprise environment
- Lead Employee Central configuration activities, including Foundation Objects, Position Management, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Support full-cycle Employee Central implementations, enhancements, and production support activities
- Configure Corporate Data Model and Succession Data Model to support organizational and human resources business requirements
- Collaborate with human resources, business, and technical teams to gather requirements, support solution design, and deliver scalable Employee Central solutions
- Support software testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and deployment activities to ensure stable application performance
- Provide technical guidance during implementation and configuration discussions while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
Required Skills / Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience
- Hands-on experience configuring, enhancing, and implementing Employee Central (EC)
- Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects, Position Management, Business Rules, Metadata Framework (MDF), Workflow Configuration, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience configuring Corporate Data Model and Succession Data Model
- Deep understanding of HR data models, employment structures, organizational hierarchies, and global HR processes
- Experience supporting full-cycle Employee Central implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills / Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (highly preferred)
- Experience completing 3–4 full-cycle Employee Central implementations
- Experience with Intelligent Services Center (ISC)
- Knowledge of localization, compliance, and country-specific Employee Central configurations
- Experience supporting implementation design sessions and providing senior-level EC configuration guidance
- Experience working in enterprise HR technology environments
- Experience supporting software testing, deployment, and post-production support

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $47.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
