Job Summary
Our client, a leading Airline client, is looking to add a Scrum Lead to their program! The Scrum Lead Contractor will facilitate Agile delivery practices across one or more Mobile App product teams. This individual will serve as a servant leader and delivery facilitator, ensuring teams operate effectively within Agile frameworks while driving alignment across Engineering, Product, UX, Business, and dependent technology teams. The role focuses on improving delivery predictability, managing dependencies and risks, and fostering continuous improvement within Agile teams.

Contract Details
- Location: Hybrid 3x weekly on-site. Forth Worth, TX Office
- Initial Duration: 5-month contract. Chance to extend.
- Support one or more Mobile App product teams
- Work with cross-functional, distributed teams, including onshore and offshore resources
- Agile / SAFe delivery environment
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, PI Planning, and other SAFe events
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, UX teams, and business stakeholders to ensure sprint objectives and program commitments are achieved
- Track, manage, and proactively escalate delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and impediments
- Drive accountability around sprint commitments, team velocity, predictability, and delivery outcomes
- Maintain Agile artifacts, reporting, and metrics within Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar Agile management tools
- Coordinate roadmap planning activities and cross-team dependencies to support delivery readiness
- Facilitate discussions regarding scope, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs to maintain delivery momentum
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement techniques
- Provide leadership visibility into sprint progress, delivery risks, release readiness, capacity planning, and team health metrics
- Support release planning and deployment activities across multiple environments
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help remove delivery inefficiencies
- Create executive-level reporting and status updates for stakeholders and leadership
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Scrum Lead, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint execution
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or comparable Agile delivery platforms
- Experience managing delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and team impediments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
- Ability to present delivery status, risks, and metrics to leadership audiences
- Enterprise Mobile Application Development experience
- Customer-facing digital product delivery experience
- Experience with Customer Experience Platforms
- Prior experience within Aviation, Airline, Travel, or Hospitality industries
- Experience working within SAFe Agile environments supporting multiple product teams and release trains
- Advanced Azure DevOps reporting and analytics experience
- Experience managing complex cross-team dependencies across large-scale programs

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
