- Type: Contract, Long-term Open Ended
- Location: Greenwood Village, CO
- Work Arrangement: 4 days on-site, 1 remote
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-wide operational programs supporting the Experience Design (XD) organization and SET Agency
- Drive AI Enablement initiatives, including adoption strategies, tool evaluations, pilot programs, training materials, and change management communications
- Own and administer employee engagement Pulse Survey programs, analyzing results and delivering actionable insights to leadership
- Facilitate focus groups, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support organizational improvement initiatives
- Lead planning and execution of the annual Customer Experience (CX) Day event, including logistics, vendor management, budgets, content development, and post-event evaluations
- Oversee integration projects for the Experience Design organization, ensuring alignment, visibility, and on-time delivery of key initiatives
- 7+ years of program or project management experience within large, matrixed enterprise organizations
- Experience managing enterprise-wide operational programs involving employee engagement, organizational initiatives, reporting, and change management
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with varying stakeholders, timelines, and deliverable with strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience planning and executing large-scale events, conferences, or organization-wide initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing employee engagement programs, surveys, or culture-related initiatives
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project
- • Experience supporting Experience Design, UX, Research, Product, Digital, or Creative organizations
- • Background in AI adoption, enablement, or organizational transformation initiatives
- • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Program Increment (PI) Planning practices
- • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
- Strong relationship-building skills across business, technology, and leadership stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $110,000 and $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
