Business Analyst
Job Summary
Our client, a leading Utilities provider, is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to join their team. The Business Analyst will support the SNAP-E program, a strategic initiative focused on advancing ServiceNow AI, automation, and digital workflow capabilities. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, ServiceNow platform teams, architects, developers, governance teams, and project leadership to gather requirements, document processes, define use cases, and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong business analysis skills, experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes
- Partner with ServiceNow developers, architects, and governance teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning activities
- Support implementation of AI, automation, and workflow solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business validation
- Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and action items
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience with ServiceNow AI & Now Assist
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in business process analysis and requirements management
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Business Continuity Management experience
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, SPM, and SecOps modules
- Experience leading or supporting ServiceNow platform implementations, upgrades, or transformations
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation programs
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification
- Utility or energy industry experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $58.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
