Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Analytics Platform Engineering team. This role will focus on building and supporting enterprise-scale Azure and AWS Databricks environments through infrastructure automation, cloud engineering, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD, with a passion for creating scalable, secure, and automated cloud solutions.

- Cupertino, CA
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure and analytics platform deployments using GitLab and related DevOps tools
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates to provision Azure and AWS resources
- Build, deploy, and support Azure and AWS Databricks workspaces and supporting cloud infrastructure
- Automate operational processes and deployments using Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and application performance
- Implement security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and governance standards across cloud environments
- Collaborate with data engineers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics platform solutions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience supporting Azure Databricks and/or AWS Databricks environments
- Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
- Expertise implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Strong proficiency with Git version control and branching strategies
- Experience with Python, SQL, and PowerShell or Bash scripting
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and cloud monitoring best practices
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data engineering principles
- Experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, OAuth, JWT authentication, and Azure AD B2C
- Experience troubleshooting data pipelines and analytics platform environments
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) and/or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
- Experience with threat modeling, blueprinting, or enterprise cloud governance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on automation and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
- Self-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced Agile environments
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to building secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions
- Continuous learner with a passion for cloud technologies and DevOps best practices

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $65.00 and $71.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We comply with all applicable local wage requirements.
