Site Reliability Engineer – AWS Operations
Job Summary
Our client, a major communication services provider, is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to support and maintain mission-critical, AWS-hosted applications in a large-scale Kubernetes environment. This role is heavily focused on real-time production operations, incident response, infrastructure management, security, and end-to-end observability. The ideal candidate has strong AWS and Kubernetes experience, understands how to secure and protect cloud infrastructure, and can independently investigate alerts, isolate root causes, and restore service health. This is an operationally focused role requiring ownership of production environments from infrastructure deployment through ongoing support and incident resolution.
