Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Project Manager) to join their Operational Analytics & Innovations (OAI) team. This individual will drive the vision and execution of OAI products and services by partnering with stakeholders, aligning business objectives, supporting product rollouts, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate is highly professional, polished, confident in executive-facing environments, and capable of leading discussions, presentations, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a contract position, located onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

This individual will drive the vision and execution of OAI products and services by partnering with stakeholders, aligning business objectives, supporting product rollouts, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate is highly professional, polished, confident in executive-facing environments, and capable of leading discussions, presentations, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a contract position, located onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead executive discussions and calibration sessions to align on product requests and expected outcomes
- Plan and execute stakeholder product requests while ensuring ongoing alignment with business objectives
- Define, prioritize, and assess work completed by development teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor adherence to project goals and provide reporting on progress and results
- Assist with, train on, and lead product rollout initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and collaborate on innovative solutions that support company goals
- 5+ years of Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Management, or related experience
- Experience performing project management or project coordination responsibilities
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present to leadership and stakeholders
- Call center industry knowledge and experience
- Experience leading stakeholder discussions and driving alignment across teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and foster strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML) initiatives
- Exposure to analytics, operational reporting, or business intelligence environments
- Experience supporting product development or product rollout efforts
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Experience facilitating executive presentations and workshops
- Recent graduates with strong internship, capstone project, or leadership experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional professionalism and confidence
- Executive-level professionalism and polished communication skills
- Strong confidence and presence when interacting with senior leadership
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Location: Greenwood Village, CO
- Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
- Schedule: 5 days per week in office
- Team Environment: Fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with significant stakeholder interaction and executive visibility
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
