- Duration: 17 Weeks
- Location: Tempe, AZ
- Work Schedule: Hybrid
- Interview Process: Technical assessment required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments
- Design, develop, test, and document high-quality software applications, services, scripts, and technical solutions
- Build scalable and reliable components and libraries that can be reused across product teams
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications supporting customer-facing digital products
- Build and support REST and GraphQL APIs and integrations across multiple systems and product domains
- Develop front-end applications using Angular and backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical and integration issues
- Design systems with a focus on performance, resiliency, scalability, and reliability
- Identify and reduce technical debt while improving existing implementations
- Work collaboratively with product, business, engineering, security, and vendor teams
- Support CI/CD processes and modern DevOps practices using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
- Develop and maintain applications deployed in Docker and Kubernetes environments
- Implement security-conscious development practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Create prototypes and evaluate emerging technologies that can improve technical capabilities
- Identify opportunities for code reuse, process improvement, and reducing duplication across teams
- Coach and support junior engineers on technical best practices and software craftsmanship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience designing and implementing large-scale production solutions
- Strong Full Stack Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development
- Strong experience with Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
- Experience with GitHub and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design solutions focused on performance, resiliency, scalability, and reliability
- Experience with .NET, GraphQL, and backend/API development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
- Experience using Playwright, Postman, and JUnit for testing and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and/or IBM Cloud.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in system integrations, data mapping, and cross-team collaboration.
- Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing applications.
- Airline, travel, or aviation technology experience is a plus.
- Strong full-stack engineering mindset with a focus on both front-end and backend development.
- Strong Angular development skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent understanding of system integrations and API-driven architectures.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Strong focus on application performance, resiliency, scalability, and reliability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, business, engineering, security, and vendor stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage technical debt and continuously improve existing systems.
- Curious and adaptable mindset with an interest in emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative engineering team.

- Work Model: Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote
- The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00. Final compensation may vary based on experience, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.
