Our client a leading Financial Services provider is seeking a Training Content & Curriculum Lead (Applied Epic) to join their team! This position is located remote.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development of training content and materials aligned to business processes and Applied Epic workflows
- Design and develop end-to-end curriculum components, including: job aids, presentations, workflow-based use cases and eLearning modules
- Create storyboards and digital learning content
- Partner with leadership to identify training gaps and content needs across lines of business
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with system functionality and business processes
- Support the creation of tools, templates, and frameworks for trainers to use in the field
- Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to ensure materials support deployment and adoption efforts
- Reinforce training strategy by contributing both hands-on development and strategic guidance
- 5 + years of experience in training development, curriculum design, or learning and development
- Proven experience building end-to-end training content for both: Instructor-led training (ILT); Virtual / remote learning; Hands-on experience developing; and eLearning (storyboarding + production)
- Experience developing job aids and training documentation
- Experience developing workflow-based training materials
- Experience identifying and building training materials tied to system implementations
- Applied Epic experience (required) with strong understanding of workflows
- Experience creating training modules/content/eLearnings for Applied Epic
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms such as: WalkMe, Pendo, Digital Adoption Studio
- Experience with training evaluation frameworks such as: Kirkpatrick Model
- Experience with change management methodologies such as: ADKAR / Prosci
- Experience supporting large-scale implementations or merger and acquisition integrations
- High-quality, scalable training content that supports consistent adoption across agencies
- Strong alignment between training materials, workflows, and system functionality
- Enablement of trainers to effectively deliver content across multiple channels

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $47.00 and $68.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
