Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Logistics Support II professional to support their team! This individual will be responsible for coordinating material movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting procurement activities, tracking shipments, and ensuring operational readiness for field and construction teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience with timekeeping systems, and the ability to work across multiple departments to support supply chain, inventory, and operational activities. Candidates with construction, utility, logistics, supply chain, or operations support experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Our client is seeking a Logistics Support II professional to support their team! This individual will be responsible for coordinating material movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting procurement activities, tracking shipments, and ensuring operational readiness for field and construction teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience with timekeeping systems, and the ability to work across multiple departments to support supply chain, inventory, and operational activities. Candidates with construction, utility, logistics, supply chain, or operations support experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor supply chain activities and proactively prevent material shortages and operational delays
- Maintain inventory records, material status updates, and supply chain documentation
- Utilize ERP systems to order, receive, ship, store, and track materials
- Process purchase requisitions and support procurement activities
- Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to ensure materials arrive on schedule
- Confirm carrier rates and identify cost-effective transportation solutions
- Support inventory planning and material availability for construction and field operations
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, customer service, and production teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate reporting related to inventory, shipments, materials, and operational support activities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience with employee timekeeping, workforce management, payroll administration, or related operational support functions
- Experience using timekeeping software such as MyTime or similar systems
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- SAP or ERP system experience
- Construction, utility, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or operations experience
- Experience supporting field operations, project teams, or construction management groups
- Inventory control, purchasing, procurement, or materials management experience

- Onsite
- Hours are 7:00 AM – 3:00/3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $24.00 and $29.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
