Desktop Systems Specialist
Job Summary
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Desktop Systems Specialist II to join their Corporate IT End User Services team. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension located onsite in Bellevue, WA, supporting employees across a global enterprise environment. In this role, you will provide Tier 2 desktop support, assist with endpoint management, collaborate on IT initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional end-user experience.
This is an onsite position located in Bellevue, Washington. This is a 3 month contract position with possibility of extension. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 desktop support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and account-related issues while meeting established SLAs
- Configure, deploy, image, provision, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta, and Active Directory environments
- Administer endpoint management solutions including Microsoft Intune and Jamf
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware deployment, account provisioning, and access management
- Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support IT projects focused on process improvements and enterprise technology rollouts
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 4+ years of Tier 2 desktop or end-user support experience within an enterprise environment
- Strong experience supporting both Windows and macOS devices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf for endpoint management
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and/or Okta for identity and access management
- Experience using an ITSM platform such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology-focused organization
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts
- Experience supporting conference room technology, AV equipment, or collaboration platforms
- Experience participating in enterprise hardware refreshes or technology deployment projects
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve technical support or workflow automation

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $26.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
