Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Denver, Colorado.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Python and SQL skills to support AI and data modeling initiatives for a growing team. This role will work closely with Data Scientists and stakeholders to validate models, transform data, build dashboards, and support reporting efforts across the organization.

Duties:

• Support Data Scientists with data collection, validation, and analysis activities
• Perform manual labeling and QA validation of AI model outputs, transcripts, and call data
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from relational databases
• Use Python and Pandas to clean, transform, and prepare datasets for reporting and modeling
• Assist with ETL-style workflows including pulling data through APIs and transforming it into usable formats
• Document reporting requirements, workflows, and technical processes
• Upload project documentation and requirements into PM and collaboration tools
• Present dashboards and reporting insights to internal stakeholders
• Support ad hoc reporting and data requests across the business

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in a Data Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Python, especially Pandas
• SQL experience with relational databases and query writing
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI
• Understanding of data validation, reporting, and data transformation processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or data modeling initiatives

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience gathering business requirements or supporting documentation efforts
• Exposure to APIs and ETL/data integration processes
• Call center or transcript/call analytics experience
• Exposure to QA or validation testing concepts

The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
