Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Transmission Software Engineering team! This position is focused on building and modernizing enterprise applications that support operational workflows, bill of materials (BOM) integrations, and data validation processes across multiple internal systems. The role is heavily centered around modern frontend development, API-driven integrations, and enterprise full-stack engineering within a collaborative Agile environment.

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Transmission Software Engineering team! This position is focused on building and modernizing enterprise applications that support operational workflows, bill of materials (BOM) integrations, and data validation processes across multiple internal systems. The role is heavily centered around modern frontend development, API-driven integrations, and enterprise full-stack engineering within a collaborative Agile environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise full-stack applications focused on operational workflows and data validation processes
- Build modern frontend applications and user interfaces that allow users to review, validate, and correct enterprise data in real time
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integration layers connecting multiple internal systems and data sources
- Architect and maintain API-driven integrations between enterprise applications and operational platforms
- Participate in greenfield application development initiatives and modernization of legacy enterprise systems
- Develop data-heavy user experiences with dashboard-style interfaces, validation workflows, and operational tooling
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions
- Support production systems, troubleshoot complex application issues, and optimize performance across frontend and backend layers
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, testing strategies, and containerized application deployments
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and technical design discussions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and technical direction
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration documentation, and release documentation
- 4+ years of enterprise software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, and enterprise application development
- Strong SQL experience including querying, troubleshooting, and data-driven application development
- Experience building or supporting integrations between enterprise systems and APIs
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and work across interconnected systems
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
- Experience with Angular or React
- Experience with C# or .NET
- Experience into modern web architectures
- Strong SQL Experience
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, workflow automation, or system design initiatives

- Hybrid, 3 days a week in office
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
