Cloud Solutions Engineer

Job Summary 
Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Cloud Solution Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. 

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer to support a fast-paced, AI-driven environment focused on advanced analytics and customer experience innovation. This role will serve as a subject matter expert across cloud technologies, AI model deployment, networking, and security within Azure environments while partnering closely with Microsoft and internal engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, AI/ML model deployment, networking and security best practices. Individual will play a critical role in deploying and optimizing AI solutions that process and analyze customer call transcriptions daily to drive real-time insights and operational improvements. Candidates with both Azure and GCP experience are highly preferred due to future cloud migration initiatives.

Core Responsibilities 

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions primarily within Azure environments
• Serve as the primary cloud subject matter expert in collaboration with Microsoft and internal stakeholders
• Deploy, configure, and support AI/ML models within Azure cloud environments
• Support cloud networking, security, identity access management, and resource provisioning best practices
• Ensure secure access controls and data protection standards across cloud resources and environments
• Assist with Azure cloud migrations, including migration from one Azure tenant/account to another
• Work with large-scale datasets and transcription analytics using PySpark, Python, and SQL
• Build and optimize scripts, queries, and data pipelines to support AI and analytics initiatives
• Support DevOps-related deployment activities for AI and cloud-based applications
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven customer experience tools and analytics platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and deployment issues
• Contribute to future cloud migration efforts involving GCP environments

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Experience deploying AI/ML models within Azure environments
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, access management, and infrastructure architecture
• Experience with cloud engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps engineering roles
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Bash scripting
• Experience working with Databricks and Azure data storage solutions
• Experience processing and analyzing large-scale datasets
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and deployment pipelines within cloud environments
• Experience migrating resources between Azure environments/accounts
• Strong understanding of secure cloud resource creation and governance
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP is a plus
• Azure + GCP experience is highly preferred

• Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits 

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $107,000 and $127,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
