Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team supporting critical enterprise infrastructure and operational technologies. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, network operations, infrastructure support, and maintaining the availability and security of enterprise systems in a highly visible, mission-critical environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong networking experience, prior NOC or operations center experience, enterprise infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced 24x7 environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a phone queue, responding to incidents, and supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Our client is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team supporting critical enterprise infrastructure and operational technologies. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, network operations, infrastructure support, and maintaining the availability and security of enterprise systems in a highly visible, mission-critical environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong networking experience, prior NOC or operations center experience, enterprise infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced 24x7 environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a phone queue, responding to incidents, and supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and services using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and OpsBridge
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests while meeting defined SLA requirements
- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution activities
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational activities within ServiceNow
- Participate in the Genesys phone queue and provide support to internal customers and vendors
- Monitor and support network infrastructure including Cisco, Nokia, MPLS, Wi-Fi, fiber, and SCADA environments
- Support Windows server environments, patching activities, certificates, and virtual infrastructure
- Assist with firmware upgrades, network hardware replacements, and planned maintenance activities
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and critical incident management processes
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity and compliance-related alerts
- Coordinate operational support activities across infrastructure, networking, and operations teams
- Support OT environments, AMI infrastructure, and smart meter network operations
- Monitor facilities infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, HVAC, and tower equipment
- Strong networking background with experience supporting enterprise environments
- CCNA, Network+, or equivalent networking experience preferred
- Prior NOC, Command Center, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Operations experience
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco networking environments
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and ticketing platforms
- Experience supporting incident management and operational response activities
- Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently within a 24x7 operations environment
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, OpsBridge, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise tools
- Experience supporting SCADA, telecom, utility, or critical infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity monitoring and compliance processes
- Experience with AMI, smart meters, or operational technology environments
- Prior experience within large enterprise organizations

- Hybrid work environment
- Training requires 6–8 weeks onsite during first shift
- 12-hour Panama shift schedule (Days or Nights)
- Schedule includes weekends and holidays
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $37.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
