Job Summary
Our Entertainment Technology client is looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to join their Device Engineering team on a roughly 20-month contract in Bay Lake, FL. This role covers two main areas: administering a large enterprise mobile device fleet through Workspace ONE and contributing to the iOS and Android apps that frontline employees use to do their jobs. The right candidate brings real depth on the device management side, hands-on mobile app development experience, and has worked with hardware peripherals like barcode scanners, NFC readers, and printers in a prior role. If you have worked in a large-scale enterprise mobile environment and are comfortable operating across both infrastructure and development, this is a strong opportunity to bring that experience to a well-known entertainment brand.

Core Responsibilities
- Administer Workspace ONE across a large enterprise device fleet including smart groups, compliance policies, certificates, and app deployments
- Integrate mobile devices and applications with hardware peripherals including barcode scanners, NFC readers, and printers using manufacturer SDKs and firmware interfaces
- Contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of iOS and Android applications for internal employee use
- Coordinate device configurations across multiple device types and operational environments
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver secure, compliant mobile solutions
- Own issue resolution, technical documentation, and ongoing platform improvement
- 4+ years in enterprise mobile environments covering device lifecycle management and operational support
- Workspace ONE or AirWatch administration with real depth in smart groups, compliance policies, certificate management, etc.
- Hardware peripheral integration experience with barcode scanners, NFC readers, printers, or similar using SDKs or firmware
- iOS and/or Android mobile app development experience in an enterprise or internal tooling environment
- Experience working across both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Python or scripting experience for automation and workflow support
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Flutter or other cross-platform mobile framework experience like React Native or Xamarin
- Native iOS development in Swift or Android development in Kotlin
- Experience managing large device fleets across varied user groups and environments
- CI/CD pipeline and automated testing experience in a mobile context
- Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint, Tableau, or Power BI
- Background in retail, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or large-scale operations technology
- Can handle both the MDM side and the dev side without leaning too hard on one
- Figures things out independently and does not need a lot of oversight to get to resolution
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical people
- Careful and thorough with configuration and documentation work
- Easy to work with across teams and functions
- Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment where things change
- Location: Bay Lake, FL
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remote
- Duration: Roughly 20 months through February 2028
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $69.00 and $77.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
