Technology Lead – Coupa Source to Pay

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Technology Lead – Coupa Source to Pay to join their Digital Core Transformation team. This position is located in Roswell, Georgia. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Coupa and surrounding SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting Procurement business processes. This individual will support teams, project management activities, and vendor partnerships while working in a global environment across multiple geographies.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery activities for Coupa and related SAP and non-SAP systems
• Support SAP Source to Pay capabilities including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, Collaborative Supply Chain and Procurement, and Materials Management
• Gather and document business requirements and provide functional guidance to technical teams
• Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source-to-pay processes
• Perform global Coupa configuration including Approval Workflows, Custom Fields, Chart of Accounts, PO Forms, Catalogs, Suppliers, Items, User Setup, Security Roles, and Permissions
• Support Coupa configuration and data loads for Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing, Master Data, and Catalog Management
• Support Coupa integrations and mapping with SAP systems for transactional and master data interfaces
• Create functional specification documents requiring development of WRICEF objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms)
• Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Solve complex business problems by creating IT solutions in partnership with business stakeholders, architects, consultants, and cross-functional teams
• Advise business partners on standard and new SAP solutions applicable to business challenges
• Create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and maintain strong business relationships

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 8+ years of IT experience within end-user organizations, IT consulting, systems integrators, or IT product companies
• 7+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Coupa and/or SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale procurement transformation initiatives
• Experience configuring, testing, and implementing Coupa solutions
• Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to SAP systems for transactional and master data interfaces
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge of SAP Source-to-Pay processes, including Procurement and Materials Management
• Experience creating and reviewing functional specifications and supporting custom enhancements through WRICEF development

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Advanced education such as Master's degree is preferred
• Experience with Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, or Finance capabilities
• Experience with sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, supplier master data, accounting data, and catalog management
• Participation in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations
• Coupa with SAP S/4HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next-generation business transformation initiatives
• Formal SAP Functional training and certifications

Work Environment

• Location: Roswell, Georgia
• Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $53 and $76 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
