Job Summary
Our client, a leading telecommunications and entertainment provider, is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join their Pricing, Packaging and Offers Strategy team. This is a 12-month contract running from August 31, 2026 through August 30, 2027. The position is fully remote and will focus on developing and optimizing customer offers that drive subscriber growth, strengthen customer value, and maximize long-term profitability across acquisition, existing customer, retention, and SVOD portfolios.

Our client, a leading telecommunications and entertainment provider, is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join their Pricing, Packaging and Offers Strategy team. This is a 12-month contract running from August 31, 2026 through August 30, 2027. The position is fully remote and will focus on developing and optimizing customer offers that drive subscriber growth, strengthen customer value, and maximize long-term profitability across acquisition, existing customer, retention, and SVOD portfolios.
Core Responsibilities
- Challenge and validate assumptions and partner with strategy owners to refine offer concepts before business cases are developed
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and financial models for acquisition, existing customer, retention, and SVOD offers
- Evaluate offers across products, channels, customer segments, and lifecycle touchpoints to support cohesive offer, pricing, and packaging strategies
- Build financial models using sound assumptions when data is limited or ambiguous
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to develop and execute offer strategies
- Deliver executive-ready insights and presentations that simplify complex analyses and support strategic decision-making
- Acquisition marketing experience.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills, including market sizing, pricing scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
- SQL literacy with the ability to query, pull, and independently validate data
- Experience with pricing and offers, subscription, streaming, or recurring-revenue businesses
- Data interpretation and visualization skills, including the ability to read dashboards and build clear charts and tables using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience working with survey, UX, and call-center data sources and basic segmentation logic
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to package analysis into decision-ready recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the entertainment industry
- Experience leading projects across multiple organizations, such as IT, Sales Operations, and Marketing
- Billing and ordering experience or equivalent
- Experience presenting and interacting across all levels of management, including senior-level executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strategic and analytical thinking with strong business judgment
- Ability to challenge assumptions, identify dependencies, and recommend better solutions
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional relationship-building skills
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
- Self-directed, organized, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Location: Remote
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
