Our client is seeking a Senior Engineer to join a collaborative development team focused on building and integrating modern software solutions. This is a contract opportunity for an experienced developer with strong full-stack development expertise, particularly in front-end development and API integrations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, demonstrate strong coding skills, and be comfortable working across multiple technologies.
Contract Details
- Position: Senior Engineer
- Contract Type: W2 Contract
- Duration: Approximately 6 months (with potential extension based on business needs)
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Interview Process: Two rounds (Virtual technical interview followed by an onsite interview)
- Assessment: Coding assessment/interview required
- Equipment: Company-provided laptop
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using Angular
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python, and C#
- Develop and support system integrations across multiple platforms and technologies
- Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices
- Contribute to architectural discussions and continuously improve application performance and maintainability
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience developing applications using Angular
- Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in one or more back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, and C#
- Experience with system integration and distributed applications
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to provide professional references and successfully complete a technical coding interview
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Exposure to cloud-based applications or services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git
- Experience working across diverse technology stacks
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of automated testing practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability in working across multiple technologies and integration projects
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Commitment to coding standards, continuous learning, and technical excellence
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona
- Work Model: Hybrid (Three days onsite, two days remote)

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $50.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
