Contingent Static Designer

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Contingent Static Designer to join their team! This position is located in Los Angeles, California. 
 
Duties:

• Adapt and resize static creative assets across multiple ad formats while maintaining brand integrity and visual impact
• Partner closely with Creative Leads and Project Managers to produce engaging, on-brand ad units that elevate client presence on the platform
• Contribute to early-stage concept development by reviewing client assets, researching brand representation across static and motion, and bringing thoughtful ideas to the table
• Apply strong design fundamentals, including hierarchy, layout, composition, color theory, imagery selection, and typography, to deliver visually compelling assets
• Ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications and advertising guidelines
• Conduct quality assurance checks for brand accuracy and placement compliance
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to logical file-naming conventions
• Contribute to a well-structured asset library aligned with department standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
• Apply UI design principles where applicable to enhance user experience across digital placements

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Design or equivalent professional experience required
• 3+ years of digital design and high-volume asset production experience
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Studio, entertainment network, or in-house creative team experience also welcomed
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing pixel-perfect work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $36.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
