Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.
Duties:
- Support end-to-end production of prepaid airtime cards and associated collateral materials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage production schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Maintain and update production trackers, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Verify that products are produced according to approved specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Assist in identifying, escalating, and coordinating resolution of production or delivery issues
- Create, track, and maintain purchase orders (POs) related to airtime card production
- Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices
- Support resolution of discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions within internal financial and supply chain systems
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits, reporting, and operational reviews
- Execute operational procedures precisely and consistently to prevent defects or errors
- Support administrative components of POSA-related activities, including documentation, coordination, and tracking
- Assist in ensuring all activities align with internal policies, controls, and quality assurance standards
- Prepare routine reports, trackers, and summaries related to production status and operational performance
- Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams regarding timelines, status updates, and required actions
- Provide support for ad-hoc operational and administrative initiatives as needed
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, manufacturing support, card production, or operational project management
- Experience in operations-focused or administrative roles involving structured, repeatable processes and transaction management
- Experience with prepaid cards, POSA environments, or production operations is a plus
- Familiarity with OFS and/or SAP is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to follow structured, step-by-step processes with high accuracy and consistency
- Strong administrative capabilities, including tracking, reconciliation, and record maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, formulas, and pivot tables
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and precision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to identify issues, gather relevant information, and escalate appropriately
