Program Manager
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Burbank, California.
Duties:
- Lead complex technology programs and initiatives across the full project lifecycle, including intake, use-case definition, chartering, scope and roadmap development, resourcing, execution, and post-project reviews
- Manage portfolios of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning internal technology teams, external partners, and vendors
- Apply and adapt waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to effectively manage tasks, resources, and delivery outcomes
- Prioritize work, identify risks, escalate critical issues, and adjust plans to meet evolving requirements and production needs
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and external teams outside of Studio Technology to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Oversee day-to-day team activities, removing blockers and optimizing team throughput and delivery velocity
- Lead or partner with other project managers to facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and reporting
- Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation, dashboards, and artifacts to support transparency and executive reporting
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management using both agile and waterfall methodologies
- 3+ years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of technology projects varying in scope, complexity, and duration
- Experience supporting or managing cross-functional technical teams, including software engineers, architects, infrastructure and data center engineers, site reliability engineers, storage engineers, and/or audio-visual engineers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet, and process-mapping or visualization tools like LucidChart
- Demonstrated ability to communicate program and project status clearly to executives using tools such as PowerPoint, LucidChart, and Miro
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with strong meeting facilitation and collaboration capabilities

The approximate pay range for this position is between $53.00 and $77.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
