Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Glendale, California.
Duties:
- Support Content Security leadership in planning, tracking, and executing multiple initiatives, assessments and consultations
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate application and cloud security assessments, projects, and operational initiatives
- Draft, refine, and publish Secure Configuration Requirements and other Content Security documentation from inception through final delivery
- Maintain visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure initiatives remain on track and aligned with team objectives
- Help align day-to-day execution with broader Content Security goals, ensuring efforts meaningfully reduce risk and support priorities
- Synthesize complex technical and operational information into clear, concise updates and executive-level summaries
- Identify opportunities to improve content security workflows, tools, and coordination as the organization scales and evolves
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to keep complex, cross-functional initiatives on track and delivered on time
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage numerous projects and activities simultaneously
- Experience supporting leadership and stakeholders by tracking initiatives, assessments, and operational workstreams
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Online, OneDrive, and related platforms
- Ability to quickly understand business operations and become an effective, trusted contributor
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture and align work to organizational goals
- Comfort working collaboratively while also operating independently with minimal direction
- Ability to prioritize effectively, filter signal from noise, and focus on work that delivers meaningful impact
- Creative, flexible problem-solving approach in the face of ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information into clear, executive-ready summaries
- Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, style, and clarity
- Proven experience developing high-quality documentation from concept through completion
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and leverage them as force multipliers in day-to-day work
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Prior experience in information security, content security, risk management, or related disciplines

The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $81.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
