Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team! This position is located hybrid in Plano, Texas.
Duties:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Translate business objectives into actionable people initiatives that improve performance and engagement
- Identify talent risks, capability gaps, and organizational challenges
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions
- Guide leaders through organizational change while reinforcing accountability, culture, and operational efficiency
- Provide expert consultation on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolutions
- Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, feedback delivery, and employee development
- Partner cross-functionally to manage sensitive or escalated situations
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to align workforce plans with business priorities
- Support hiring strategy, requisition planning, interview alignment, and onboarding transitions
- Help leaders assess team capabilities and identify future talent needs
- Provide guidance on HR policies, documentation, and employee lifecycle events
- Support performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement action planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-through on HR initiatives
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong HR Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated success partnering with mid-level and senior leadership teams
- Strong judgment and ability to influence leaders using data, insight, and practical recommendations
- Experience managing employee relations and performance matters in complex environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, matrixed organization
- Takes significant ownership across multiple HR disciplines such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation, engagement, or culture initiatives
