Marketing Associate

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team! This position is located in Riverwoods, Illinois. 

Duties:

• Research, report, generate and/or update claims and messaging about the business and markets in which we operate to help create an impactful story to support sales pitches
• Liaise with International Communications team members and marketing agencies on creation and/or enhancement of marketing materials including presentations, sales materials and other collateral forms as needed
• Maintain accurate sales support and other marketing collateral and presentations by providing thorough reviews and updates based on updated claims, messaging, and creative direction
• Work with brand, compliance, and legal teams to obtain approval for marketing claims, collateral/presentations, etc.
• Create and maintain a central repository for tracking all collateral pieces and claims
• Upload final collateral pieces and claims in this central repository and share with relevant stakeholders
• Support efforts to create and maintain an online acceptance map and travel guide that connects the cardholders to where they can use their card in key tourist areas around the world

Desired Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree 
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management
• B2B financial marketing experience preferred
• Proven ability to document and substantiate data and research to verify key claims, facts and messaging
• Experience in Tableau or similar software, working with the data to create and support a compelling story about the business
• Ability to research topics and data to integrate the results into current projects
• Experience in creative development for B2B marketing materials and agency management
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously across a team
• Collaborative, resourceful, and able to work across various stakeholders and regions
• Flexibility to undertake various marketing tasks based on business needs
• Exposure to or background in international marketing, communications, and/or business is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Strong attention to detail
• Ad hoc research experience
• Data storytelling and editorial skills

The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
