Our client is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
Duties:
- Support the execution and optimization of programmatic and paid social media campaigns across multiple channels
- Assist with cross-channel media planning, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
- Input media buys and manage updates within media billing and planning systems
- Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, and media plan actualizations
- Support media reconciliation and invoice approvals, ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Generate ad hoc reports and performance insights to identify campaign trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with teams across Consumer, Brand, Business, Search, Social, and Analytics to support integrated campaigns
- Help manage campaign workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or media investment
- Experience working with programmatic and search media strategy and investment in a marketing, agency, or consultative environment
- Hands-on experience with media planning and buying platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Experience supporting budget tracking, invoice approvals, and workflow monitoring
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
