Our client is seeking an Employee Success Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Duties:
- Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Serve as first-line support for employee questions, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation
- Recommend effective, compliant solutions and escalate complex matters to Employee Relations leadership when appropriate
- Support performance management, coaching conversations, and workplace accommodations
- Partner with managers to drive consistent and fair application of company policies
- Manage a high volume of employee cases with accuracy and sound judgment
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and employee records
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance employee experience
- 3+ years of experience consulting on HR policies and processes with employees and managers
- Experience as an HR Generalist or in Employee Relations
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
