Transaction/Financial Analyst

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Transaction/Financial Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 
 
Duties:

• Support research activities to help identify potential acquisition targets and compile target lists based on defined criteria
• Assist in preparing financial models and simple valuations to assess the financial health and strategic fit of acquisition prospects
• Support the design of transaction structures, collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute insights and analysis that inform acquisition approaches aligned with global standards
• Develop clear, concise materials for internal reviews, investment committees, and global leadership alignment
• Prepare supporting materials for internal discussions
• Collaborate with teams across Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations to support transaction workstreams

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes
• Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries in the region preferred
• Strong strategic insight and the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
