Our client is seeking a Transaction/Financial Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Duties:
- Support research activities to help identify potential acquisition targets and compile target lists based on defined criteria
- Assist in preparing financial models and simple valuations to assess the financial health and strategic fit of acquisition prospects
- Support the design of transaction structures, collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute insights and analysis that inform acquisition approaches aligned with global standards
- Develop clear, concise materials for internal reviews, investment committees, and global leadership alignment
- Prepare supporting materials for internal discussions
- Collaborate with teams across Legal, Finance, Development, and Operations to support transaction workstreams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate finance, or strategy roles within a multinational environment
- Solid understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes
- Knowledge of the Latin American market and experience working across multiple countries in the region preferred
- Strong strategic insight and the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
