Our client is seeking a Post Sale Activation Lead to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in San Francisco, California.
Duties:
- Own end-to-end execution of custom integrations
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and delivery across internal teams and external partners
- Serve as the primary bridge between Sales, Account Management, and Production
- Act as escalation point for execution issues and develop workflows and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
- Translate content opportunities into actionable inputs for the Pitch team
- Track brand interest by title
- Manage brand-backed greenlight projects, and bring an execution-informed POV to acquisition and development discussions to increase sellable, scalable opportunities
- Serve as the Pitch team's main contact for vetting concepts across all branded entertainment solutions
- Provide costs, deadlines, workback schedules, and asset requirements to accelerate client conversations, and participate in proactive ideation for tentpoles and originals
- 5+ years in branded content, production, integrated marketing, or creative
- development within media, streaming, or ad-supported environments
- Strong knowledge of production workflows, timelines, budgets, and vendor management
- Proven track record producing branded content or integrations from concept through delivery
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
